Arc Metal Industries Ltd. was established in 2000 as a custom metal fabrication shop capable of working with materials up to ½’’ in thickness but specializing in materials ¼’’ thickness or less.
At Arc Metal we do a variety of work for clients from many industries. A large part of our business is in the HVAC industry, where we work with customers to fabricate all required materials including round, square,and transition fitting. We are also able to provide duct insulation services when required.
Some of the materials we often work with include mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We can form these materials in any number of ways to best suit the needs of client and their required specifications. The equipment in our fabrication shop allows us to roll from, spot weld mechanical fasteners as well as MIG and TIG welding. Our team of skilled tradesmen take great pride in every project they are given.
Arc Metal has clients that are from the construction, maintenance, agriculture, mechanical, equipment supply, and service industries. Our 10,000-square foot shop, located in south Edmonton, includes a variety of metal cutting and forming equipment. Our Mazak laser can cut up to ½’’ thick mild steel, we also have an ESAB plasma cutter and MWS Centrum 3000 turret CNC punch press. With our equipment and skilled personnel, we can complete a wide variety of project as required by our clients.
